5 Minute Fudge

 

Ingredients

 

1-2/3 cups sugar

 

5 oz. evaporated milk

 

½ teaspoon salt

 

1-1/2 cups mini marshmallows

1-1/2 cups chocolate chips (Other chips may be added or substituted)

½ cup nuts chopped  (Optional)

1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

Combine 1st 3 ingredients in large sauce pan. Bring to boil over medium heat and cook 5 minutes—stirring constantly.

Remove from heat, add marshmallows and remaining ingredients. Stir until melted.

Spoon into 9 inch square pan (Grease Pan)

Cool completely and cut
