CARROT CAKE COOKIES***
Ingredients
1 carrot cake mix
1/2 c vegetable oil
2 eggs
1/2 c raisins
1/2 c chopped pecans
1/2 c coconut (shredded)
Procedure
Mix together the carrot cake mix, vegetable oil and eggs. Beat well and add
raisins,
chopped pecans, coconut. Mix well.Preheat oven to 350 F. Drop by teaspoon
on ungreased sheet pan. Bake 6-12 mins until lightly golden. Makes about 4
dozen
