Crushed Pineapple Cake

 

Ingredients

 

2-1/4 cups flour

2 cups sugar

1-No. 2 can crushed pineapple

2 eggs

2 teaspoons soda

1 teaspoon vanilla

 

Directions

 

Mix all ingredients at once.

Stir well by hand.

Bake @ 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until done.

 

Icing

1 cup white sugar

1 stick oleo

1 can evaporated milk

            Cook for 10 minutes or until thick like—Pour over cake

                        Use your head about whether to pour

                        Allow the cake—Depends on how juicy you like it.
