Sausage Balls


Ingredients

1 pound of hot sausage

 

1/2 pound of hamburger

 

1-1/2 cups of sharp chedder cheese--shredded

 

1 cup of bisquick

 

1 cup of oats

 

1 cup of bread crumbs

 

1 medium onion--diced fine

 

1 green bell pepper--diced fine

 

2 eggs

 

1/2 cup of ketchup

Procedure

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl.

 

Roll into walnut size balls.

 

Place balls on 2 greased cookie sheets.

 

(Makes between 70-80 sausage balls)

 

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
