Sausage Sufley


Ingredients

2 pounds of sausage cooked and crumbled

8 slices of bread--cubed

3/4 pound of sharp cheese--shredded

8 eggs--beaten lightly

2 cups of milk

1 tablespoon mustard--dry or real

1 can of cream of mushroom soup

Procedure

Cook sausage, spray pan with pam, start layering with sausage, bread, cheese, eggs, milk and mustard.

Cover and refrigerate over night.

In the morning pour the cream of musroom soup over it and cook at 325 degrees for 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
